If the illegals who are streaming across the Texas border by the hundreds day and night don't worry about things like permits, why should you?
We've been brainwashed into thinking that as citizens we need to get things like permits, but no one has ever explained to me why illegal Mexican nationals who sneak into this country seem to be exempt.

go to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) the nearest office's n Mc Allen.

permit....permit for what...if its for driving go to the department of motor vehicle and they can help you or since you have a computer go on line... and it will tell you it all...
