My boyfriend just had the stomach flu, vomiting and the whole nine yard about 3 nights ago. I haven't been near him because I'm terrified of the stomach flu, but I miss kissing him. How long should I wait until it is safe?

Explain this to me. Back in the 1800s, a white family owned black slaves. And then a descendent of the white family is now a ghetto white boy. This doesn't make any sense. Why do white guys try to act like the main stream population of black culture? If you are black, then acting gangster is cool, but if you are white, then you are just being a poser. And of course, not all blacks are gansters, and there are some whites who can act ganster. But most of the time it looks bad when white guys try to act ganster. Don't you think?

I am in my first serious relationship and Id like to hear what others have to say.
I mean, how do you know you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody?
I know people will say "If you have to ask, youre not in love."
But see, Im the sort of person who questions everything. Ive sheltered myself and finally took a chance after high school and Im a little lost.
Even if I felt I was truly in love Id wonder just for the sake of wondering.
Its hard to believe in love in a world where the average marraige doesnt last.
They probily thought they were in love. And look what happened.
I think time will tell. My boyfriend is my best friend. And I think I will only love him more and more.
There isnt anything I could conplain about. Were good for eachother.
I think over time there will be tests. And times where I will stop and say wow, I really love him.
But this early in our relationship and still adapting from the independant life I am nothing but questions.

My father was never around for my childhood, times spent with him consisted of us being alone for his job was more important, my mother yelling and blaming me for things I hadnt done, abusing me, watching my brother and his friend kick and punch me on the ground and only walking away, saying I dressed like a bum, & when worked at her work thought she would get a raise for them thinking she was poor in the way i was dressed. always being an embarressment to her, and a burden to the family. Being neglected when young for wanting to talk about my problems, then later bugged until i talked only to be ignored & left alone for sharing my feelings. I have always been like a toy in the family that was only played with when wanted, other than that, I was only a shadow, & tooken care of cause they had to, but didnt want to. I am now blamed & am a problem for being depressed & not wanting anything from my family, for they dont understand why I have low self esteem & think & act the way I do

I am so worried about my brows!!! I pluck about twice a week, but I have noticed that when I wash my face with a cloth or whatever during the week, sometimes at least 6 come out! I am worried that it is something that I am doing!!?? I don't really wear make up, especially not on brows, as if I did I would be too scared to scrub it off and pull more brows out!!

Am I just mad, is this perfectly normal?
