Two of the universities I graduated from have good to excellent colleges in Art and Business.

In the Art departments they have offered not only design but theory, history, composition, the traditional such as drawing, painting, sculpture and such.

In the college of business they have offered advertising, portfolio management and the traditional business course such as business planning, capital development and ventures i you want your own company.

The universities are San Diego State University (CSUSD) and the University of Oklahoma. While I received my MBA at Oklahoma thus the college of business...advertising; my experience in art in based on my minor in art was at SDSU.

As or languages my degrees; BS, MPA and MBA did not require a language. I can only attest that both these universities offer language courses.

I hope this gives you at least some information to consider. And yes I have heard NYU is pretty decent.

Good luck with your college goals
