Usually you will argue with your heart with your head. You feel your way through it, even if your head is telling you different. Its easy to know what your feeling, its just hard to trust in it sometimes. You have to allow your heart to lead the way and use your head to put the brakes on as needed.

this is a really good question...i would say when your heart is speaking you can feel it all in your body and when its your head well your just thinking...
