the advice above is all pretty good .. BUT what you may not realise is that your body may go into starvation mode .. which means the minute you ressume eating .. it will store more of the calories because it *thinks* that if you ever go through a period where you don't/can't eat you will need the stored energy to survive ...
NOT eating is the worst way to lose weight .. it is EXTREMELY temporary at the very least. What you may actually be better to do is graze all day .. BUT graze on low fat high fibre foods.. Lots of raw vegies and fruit. There is one theory that believes if you have a high in protein meal first thing of the day that that will help your metabolism and will help you to stop getting the sugar /carb cravings that sometimes make us fail in our quest to lose some weight...
PLEASE don't follow through with this plan ....it's extremely foolhardy

About thirty pounds. Then of course a gradual decline as you die and begin to rot. It is a terrible idea to starve yourself to lose weight faster. It's bad for you to lose more than 2-4 pounds a week anyways. Even if you ate enough to barely survive, it would be miserable. You would feel sick all the time, your hair would fall out, you would get terrible headaches and feel weak, it's just not worth it. Follow a reasonable diet plan and you will lose the weight. 200 is not as big as you probably think it is, you don't need to do something so drastic to lose weight.

That is really not a good way to lose weight. Even though you're drinking water and taking vitamins, you're still starving yourself. Your body will try to conserve energy, therefore causing your metabolism to slow down. So even if you lost weight, you'd end up gaining it all back, plus more!

Do not do this. Water, and most vitamins do not provide the necessary organic material to perform the complex body operations. Water does not cure hunger. You will feel weak without at least some vegetables.

properly starving your self received't make you loss weight reason your body will save as a lot fat as a threat in order to outlive, so that you're not to any extent further going to loss a lot and when you eat in a week your body will probebly income weight by potential of storing fat, in worry you starve your self again, you already know you may want to shed some pounds in healthful way top which will be troublesome to achieve the fat again sturdy success :)

1-2,
Without calories, you WILL die.
Your body needs fuel, much like a car to run and perform. You need to take in less fuel than you burn.
That means eating well-balanced, healthy meals and getting out and MOVING...burn that extra fuel you have ON you.

not alot. fasting is more about cleansing than losing weight. you will go into starvation mode and not lose much after the first couple of days. you will also not be able to function.
no one can answer this question. i'm sorry.
