My boyfriend just had the stomach flu, vomiting and the whole nine yard about 3 nights ago. I haven't been near him because I'm terrified of the stomach flu, but I miss kissing him. How long should I wait until it is safe?

the lifespan of most stomach viruses is 24-48 hours..you should wait a minimum of 48hrs after he is symptom free..that is no nausea, fever, diarrhea, or vomiting..just blow him kisses in the mean time... :)

Stomach flu is usually spead by the fecal oral route. No problem in kissing, not unless there is fecal material on your boyfriends lips.
Anyway being a stomach flu, it should clear up in a couple of more days. Make sure your boyfriend has plenty of fluids, especially fruit juices like apple. This will help him on his recovery by preventing dehydration.
