I commute from Indiana to Chicago. You meet very interesting people and no hassle with traffic.

I commute about 30 minutes each way, across Kansas City. It is a nice, relaxing drive. I can de-stress on my way home and it is a pretty view for the most part with mostly considerate drivers. The roads are well maintained on the Kansas side, but have too many pot holes on the Missouri side.

Work nights 10pm to 6 am - so I do not see too many people
ride my motorcycle whenever possible

I do. About 30 minutes each way a day. It's great, most of my time is on the open road....no traffic.

i love commuting. i get to meet every type of person.
