I am 5'-8", 160 lbs. I am trying to loose around 20 lbs and I cannot seem to get the anywhere. I work out 4 times a week in the morning, lifting for 30 min and running 60 min. Then work out 2 times a week at night at a boxing gym for around 90 min, punching the bag and sparing. I have been working out this hard for over 3 years. I eat around 1600 calories a day and I eat very healthy, I never eat fried food, eat sugar twice a week at the most. I am wondering what I need to change so I can reduce my weight. I have counting my points with weight watchers off and on for 4 years and now I feel like I might be gaining weight from not eating enough, but I am not sure. I am allowed 22 points a day and 4 points extra if I work out. Some days I am working out 3 hours and I only get 4 points extra, does this seem correct? Any suggestions on what I need to do to drop the pounds are great appreciated.
