The first thing you need to do is to relax. Lay down on the floor or on your bed and try to make your muscles rest. Breathe in and out slowly and try to find support for your voice. Breathe in before you try to say something and take your time.

Best wishes.

what lavender pink said I have a speaking problem as well, like I can repeat a letter in a word or a word multiple times, without wanting, it's annoying, sometimes I get blocked. When it happens, take a deep breath, and speak SLOOOWWLY And try singing, it help yes. But the main thing, speak SLOOOWWWLLYYYY, it's very important to overcome this problem

WHEN SPEAK THINK ABOUT THE WORDS YOU WANT TO USE FIRST, THEN SAY THEN AND RPOPNOUNCE EACH WORD PROPERLY,
MAKE SURE YOU ARE SURROUNFDING YOUR SELF WITH PEOPLE WHO ALSO SPEAK PROPERLY, IT RUBS OFF.

FINALLY AFTER YOU HAVE CREATED THE HABIT OF SPEAKING PROFESSIONALLY, AND ACUTELY

YOU CAN THEN ATTEMPT TO INCREASE YOUR SPEED.

BECAUSE OF THE STAMMERING, YOU NEED TO REMEMBER THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS COMFORT LEVEL,

THINKING ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT TO SAY FIRST, IS PREPARING YOUR MIND FOR WHAT WILL COME OUT OF YOUR LIPS.

TAKING YOUR TIME TO PRONOUNE EACH SYLLABLE WILL HELP YOUR BRAIN TO CONNECT THE DOTS

ALSO SOMETHING YOU CAN DO THATS EASY, IS WHEN YOUR AT HOME AND TYPING ON THE COMPUTER,
SAY THE WORDS OUT LOUD AS YOU TYPE THEM.

THIS WILL HELP YOU GET COMFORTABLE AND BUILD YOUR MUSCLES AND SKILLS
