one of my girl friend,exxxtrrrrrrrrrrrrremly gorgeous had an infatuation to me.but i dint realize at that time,later on when i fell in love,hell like love,with her, she had got another boyfriend.later on i too got a loving girl.
but the problem is after one year of no contact with that ex friend am unable to get her out of my thoughts.i cant keep in touch with her cuz i love my current girl sincerely,though my ex is really a temtation..but sometimes she calls me on phone and am tempted to flirt with her.so i start calling and messaging her,but she wont respond,she will talk to me now and thenm when she calls me.
the thing is i cant ask her to stop calling as she is coming like a madf dream in my thoughts everyday,but if she calls me once in every month i cant control but stroke for her.but i have to be sincere with my current girl.what shall i do?

A man walks in a bar with an alligator. He yells, "If I put my genitals in this alligators mouth for 1 whole minute and take it out without a scratch, I want everyone in here to buy me a round of beer"

Crowd cheers with approval. So the man gets a bottle, bangs it on the head of the alligator.

The alligator opens his mouth, man puts his genitals inside, then the alligator closes his mouth.

1 minute later, he bangs the alligator on the head again, alligator opens his mouth, man removes his genitals without a scratch.

Crowd cheers in amazement and buys him a beer. Then the man said, "Now I will give anyone here $100 brave enough to give this a try"

Suddenly, from the middle of the croud a young blonde lady raises her hand. and says:

"Ok I'll try. But you have to promise me you won't bang me on the head with a bottle"

Its has about 6 different things throughout the show.

1 was with 2 hands doing magic tricks behind a curtain.

another one was about a bratty kid trying to pull pranks on other kids.

and another one was an artist and when he has finished crawing something it walks into his painting and stuff.

Fear is a painful emotion caused by danger or thought of danger. it is a necessary part of life. as courage puts life in danger, fear preserves it.
Fear is not to be ashamed of, it is a protection against risks and prompts us to take action when life is in danger. for eg., if a man slips and falls in the middle of a busy road, the fear of being run over by a vehicle will prompt him to take immediate action, thus somehow he will get up and run off for safety.
Fear is of two kinds,rational fear and chronic anxiety which amounts to panic which we call Phobia meaning Fear.
Phobias are irrarational and exagerrated.
Will power helps man to conquer fear. Develop will power and face problems that arise without fear. to overcome phobias Behaviour therapy is good.It treats the symptom by exposing the patient gradually to the thing which he fears. It does not find out the meaning of fear but treats the symptom itself.
