You should never put ice on a burn of any kind as it will worsen the damage to the underlying tissues. Sounds to me like a second-degree burn, and you should go see a doctor to get a tetanus shot and some antibiotics and burn cream to avoid infection.
Don't put lotion on it like the other person said! It will hold in the heat!

Honestly I think she took her revenge too far. That was below the belt (literally). She did not need to go there. Granted name calling on your end is not okay. I would just suck it up and say "Ok, are we even now...?" And let byegones be byegones. Obviously your penis isn't that much of an issue if she's still with you. And her friends know that too. But girls always have to side with their friends in any situation. They probably deep down thought it was crude and inappropriate of her to act that way and disrespect her husband in front of everyone.

See a Doctor!
After a Burn, the best treatment is run cold water over the area,and to minimize scarring, tape plastic bag with some cold tap water in it over the Hand.
Go to ER then!

Generally there is no need for medical advice unless its extensive or blistered. It will be wrinkly if its been wet all night, not sure about the "sweating" unless it blistered and popped and that's what the fluid is;
