How can I find out where an antique silver cross was made?

SUPPOSEDLY it used to belong to Prince. I've looked for pics of him wearing it, but to no avail. It has a lot of marquesite stones & arrows pointing outward on all four sides. Any ideas?

most silver is stamped with a maker's mark some where, that's where I would start.

go to a good jewler, and ask him/her about it. (where it was made, by which company etc.) it might get you a good start...
