it just is... knowledge is food from outside... imagination is food from inside. It is kind of like: which is more important, the person on stage in the spotlight or the audience in the dark?

Thanks to this internet itself, knowledge means nothing. A click away everyone is an expert, even here cut and paste. We are entering an era of " social concoiusness" what this means is the world will be changing drastically very soon. People want substance and meaning in their lives, artist and the like have always been looked at as an odd breed, no more, top Fotune 500 companies are hiring poets, laugh groups, musicains, yoga, to the work place. The end of knowledge is here my friend you can get papers on the internet without a lawyer, those too will become extinct as well as medical advice. Imagination is everything.

You must be a liberal arts person to feel that way. The question is would there be as much imagination if there weren't welfare checks to support uneducated people with active imaginations. Sure a few like Stan Lee and Walt Disney make it but just like professional sports, for every one who makes it there are 9,999 who don't. But you can always get be with a few phrases such as:
Would you like to upsize that order, sir?
Can I check your oil?
Buddy can you spare a dime?
Whugga whugga (while inside a cow suit)

Both are important because both play into each other.
Knowledge springs from experience. The details of experience can either bog you down or it can be the starting point of creative magic. In other words, without paints one cannot create art. Consequently, both are vital and both are necessary.

One provides possibilities the other, probabilities! The first relates to the self: the second, to others. "One" precedes "two" but not "more" important than.
