You can get a virus at any time, even if your anti-virus is running. But especially if the anti-virus definitions are up to date. New viruses are being discovered daily - some can infect your computer before anti-virus updates are made that prevent infections. It is a good practice to do a complete system scan at least once a month, with current virus definition files.

Yes you can. New virus' come out everyday! Norton isn't fool proof. You as the browser need to think smart beause there are virus' that can actually shut down Norton if it passes Nortons Active Shield which happens.

yeah cuz norton isnt that good. most sites that state that they are free from viruses usually are but some arn't. if ur downloading sumthing scan it first to check if it has viruses

Those are sites that do contain bugs, should be ok with nortons, just dont click on anything that pops up make sure you never download a .exe file from sites your not sure about
