I have just seen my paystub and to my horror I noticed a section labeled "Tax Lien". The amount payed equals my entire paycheck of two weeks. The only money I owe is to the IRS for 2005. I had an arrangement with them to pay $200 a month and was unable to pay them last month. Are they allowed to garnish my entire paycheck? I have a one year old, my wife had the flu and missed a week of work, and most of our finances in the bank were withdrawn for Christmas.. I owe money for a Car Payment, Utilities, and Rent... I do not know how I am going to feed my wife and baby.

I was never notified by the payroll department of my employer of any agreement they had made by the IRS, nor was I notified by the IRS that they would be doing this..

some nights my daughter does not eat very much dinner. my feels that my daughter should not go to bed with out eating very much. so after bath time she gives her some fruit. must nights she won't go to sleep right away. some nights she throws a fit and some nights she just lays in bed awake. just tonight she only had one bite of her dinner, after bath she had some pears. (all fresh fuit, nothing from a can) I then tried to put her to bed and she cried for her mommy for 1/2 hour maybe 45 min. she then came into the room and tried to calm her down. took another 20 min before she went to sleep.

I painted the trim in my room a few hours ago, using a latex primer and a latex paint. The paint has dried, but there's still a slight smell in the room. I've opted to not sleep in there this evening, but was wondering if there was a standard amount of time to wait before spending extended amounts of time in a freshly-painted room.

I can't interact, not in the way I used to in high school

Sometimes I can't make out what others are saying (we are all speaking American English)
Sometimes they would be wispering to me in class about some stuff and I won't be able to tell what they are saying and I will just either say huh and huh again (and look stupid) or pretend to laugh along or say something else to cover up.
Sometimes I can't follow a person's 'story'. It's as if they are speaking too fast and jumping a lot and I don't follow very well.
I admit I'm never a witty person but in high school I could still come up with some sort of funny retort when people joke with me. Now I can't. Worse, I try so hard that my responses become 'off'. Im so inconfident that I just pretend to laugh.

I'm in an ivyleague college. gpa3.5. Why do I have this problem? It wasn't like this b4 I came to college. Any tips on gaining or getting back my 'intelligence'? I can't communicate with anyone at all. Scared to talk to anyone

I am over 3 weeks late ( almost a month). I have never been irregular before. i began taking the pill almost 2 years ago, and was on that regularly until about 4 months when i stopped taking it. I had regular periods until this month. my last one ended december 4th. i have had protected sex, but recently took a pregnancy test and it came out negative yet i still have not got my period. I am not under any stress so that could not be considered a factor. I am beginning to think that i could be pregnant and the test screwed up? Should i take another one? Just wondering if anyone has had any similar situations or any thoughts and/or help would be unbelievably appreciated. Thanks.
