Does anyone remember an 80's game that had a wire frame look in which you would use a ball to control...?

The arcade game had a roller ball to control the shooter or ship that would go around the screen on the outer edge of the wire frame as the objects where approaching. Really don't remember the name. help!

Actually, that game was Tempest!!! You rotated around the edges of the tunnel and had to shoot things before they made it all the way up and destroyed you :)
