i am in my teen years. and twice today there has been a sharp pain in my heart and it stays there for a few seconds then goes away. it isn't like heart burn. i know what that feels like. but should i be worrying about this?

I didn't mean that to sound narrow minded. I guess I worded things badly. I just wish that he was different. He is very verbally and emotionally abusive but I don't know what to do because of our daughters. And my son( his stepson) would be crushed if we ever got divorced because of the fact that he keeps saying that we are now a real family even though he doesn't live with us. But I apologize for generalizing.

My friend asked this guy who I lyk who he liked.I asked her what she said and she said he asked her not to tell anyone.I asked her for hints and she said the girl is short, his age, in chorus, and has brown hair all of which apply to me.The entire time she asked him he was stareing at me and I noticed he stares at me during passing periods and at lunch too.Do you think he is talking about me or someone else.
P.S we are also friends and he sometimes confides in me with problems.

I've read parents commenting on leaving their toddlers in time-out so long they fell asleep!! We're talking about children under the age of two! It was my understanding that two minutes is long enough for a two-year-old. Rule of thumb: one minute of time-out per year of age. What do you think?

I read that you need to save about 60 pounds of honey in the hive to get a hive of bees through the winter. Does the milder winter weather in Florida affect this at all--if so, how many frames of honey should I leave in over "winter" to get them through?

I saw clips of it on mtv.com, and it looks like some really good wrestling. Some of it looks over the top (like "exploding" cages) but the wrestling looks really solid. It has a luche/x-division feel.
