Is this pup really a standard bull terrier? Was I hoodwinked by the breeder?

Some mini bulls go over sized but 20 lbs at 15 weeks is huge for a breed that is 25-30lbs mature.
How big were his parents & grandparents?
I have known mini bulls that grew to over 40lbs - still smaller than a normal bull terrier.
What does the breeder say?

there is not vary many mini bulls ! But a mini bull i think, full grown should weight 25-30 lbs ! Shes probably ok !
