i can put my movies in my iPod, but i cant put my movies in the friends iPod. why?

my friend is using an iPod VIDEO, and the movie is MP4 format.

ipods are notarius for breaking down for no good reason. Look up how to fix your problem on the net, and call the ipod company, or just walk up to bill gates and punch him in the face. If i were you, i would have never bought an ipod.

Movies for the iPod must be in mp4 format. Make sure you have the right files.
