Hmm it sounds like a little cold or she has allergys. Most cats do that i have alot i would know they sneeze doctors say she has a cold they give you some medication and if its allergies they might be able to help i would call you local vet to see what she wants you to do and tell her whats going on and she might be able to help from there.

It sounds like your cat is in the beginning stages of an Upper Respiratory infection. If you have to, she can go for a few days without seeing the vet. This condition is treated with antibiotics and she'll be as good as new in a week. Beware if you have other cats because this spreads like wild fire. You could even give Upper Respiratory to someone else cat. Because you live with your cat, you are carrying the germ onto you. You won't get this, but a friends cat could contract it off of you.

If Upper Respiratory goes untreated you cat will eventually die. Other symptoms of URI are runny eyes, mucus coming out the nose and your cat will feel lethargic because she's not well. She may not have this at all. Only the vet will know for sure. Good Luck!

If the cat is sneezing often and it is sudden, it could be allergy. It could be a cold, it could be a respiratory infection. Look to see if there is any discharge from the nose when the cat sneezes. If there is, it is likely a respiratory infection and not an allergy. Look at the eyes and make sure they are bright and not running. Either way, Monday should be fine; there are foods out there for cats that have allergies. It is a Science Diet, but the cat could need some antibiotics.

First of all you should have gotten this cat spayed LONG ago. NO excuse for allowing an unspayed female outside to get pregnant by who knows how many males! Second, if you have no transportaion now, how do you plan on dealing with emergency situations if she gets in trouble and needs a c-section or other medical problems giving birth? In emergencies its a matter of minutes or hours before your cat can be in REAL trouble. Cats are pregnant for 63-68 days - so you figure it out. While its almost too late to spay, it CAN be done to save you future medical costs of raising a litter of kittens for 3 months and giving shots, spay/neuter kittens and rehome them at 3-4 months old. This is what RESPONSIBLE breeders do (and more). I'm sure you will disregard advice here, but the cat needs to be kept in ONE room in the house with a kittening box, food, water and litter pan and she must NOT be let outside for any excuse until she is spayed (8-9 weeks after having the kittens).

A cat will not die if it's sneezing, could be an allergy or a cold. It will be fine if you can only get your cat to a vet on monday. If it's a cold and has any other symptoms like eyes pasted shut..that can still wait until monday or as soon as they could see her.

My cats get colds sometimes, but I never take them to the vet. They get over it just like I do. If they were REALLY sick, thats a different story, but a little sneezing just means he's got a cold. You can check this interesting article for some info, which I found by Googling "Cats with Colds"

I think sneezing is pretty common in cats. I wouldn't be concerned unless she stops eating and drinking, then it is serious. Sometimes they just can't smell the food, try something really smelly after you wipe her nose, if she still isn't interested, she need to see a vet.

cats can have allergies to different things...like for example laundry detergent. thats what my cat was allergic to soo I changed it. But i dont know if there is any other symptoms soo i dont really know. If there is like blood or scratches, runny nose, watery eyes, redish eyes, then maybe a vet could help you and you should get your cat in.

Cats don't need to go to the vet.

She should be alright until Monday but get her in then for she will need some antibiotics. Until then use a humidifier so she can breath better and give her some vitamins like Nutra Cal.
