My brother died in October. I know that I have to file his last tax return because he had income. We do not have the medical bills $4,000 yet that he incurred so we haven't paid them but they are coming in 2007 instead of 2006. How do I report these medical bills - on his last tax return or if I pay in 2007 how do I report them if it occurs after I file his last tax return. He did not have enough to file a estate tax return nor did he have a will.

There are so many prejudices out there I have to wonder will people over look Barack's color and see a great leader or will they be so oppossed to having a woman leader regardless of how well she ran the white house when her husband was in office, just vote for him just because he is a man and give him a hard time the who way through?

i have trouble breathing
for example after p.e at school i can hardly breath i am doubled over and it feels like i cant get any oxygen even though im taking deep breaths and im the middle of the night i wake up and i can hardly breath and in the day i have to take really deep breaths.
i was really scared because one time i went runnig and when i got back i nearly colloapsed and it felt like my lungs were going to burst.
i dont smoke and i am healthy and fit
what is this?

any answers are helpfull but please dont just put go to the doctors any ideas on what is happening to me?

There is a small full-service gas station close to my house. I stop there periodically to get gas and never tip the guy. I have never tipped the guy who pumps my gas before and usually feel bad about it. Should I be tipping him and if so, how much? I know 10% - 15% is typical for restaurants - does the same apply to this situation?

so he has left it that i see my midwife in 2 wks and see what she thinks. his answer was the baby could just be small.
but the measurments have not changed in 4/5wks since my last visit, but heartbeat is strong and movements are fine!!!
should i worry?
has anyone else had small measurements but the baby been ok?
i just read online that the uterus should match the # of wks you are and i should be 32/33 wks.

I'm 34, 5', 125 lbs. I don't smoke, drink a little. The past few months or so every once in awhile it feels like my heart is flipping over. It beats super hard. It happens most at night when I'm resting. My blood pressure is a little high but not high enough for medicine. My pulse as been high lately. I'm under some stress but the same amount that I have been for months. It has been increasing in frequency lately and sometimes it's hard to catch my breath right when it's happeneing. I felt a little lightheaded the other night but I'm not sure if that's because I got scared. Anyone have any ideas?

ok...people who will forgive their significant other for adultery...since u guys married, it was an obvious statement that you 2 are exclusive to each other thus ben faithful, he chat and you forgive..when u 2 decide to be intimate, have sex, do u use a condom? some people said that no because they're married and you should forgive, but if he/she lied to you before and did it outside, isnt your risk of geting and STD higer? i dont know if you udnestand what I mean...like he/she took a vow to only be with you, he/she lied and cheated, would have that much faith as to expose yourself to STDs, or even worse AIDS?? this is a honest question, please answer honestly...thank u

I want to say I am sorry for ever hurting you,lying to you and selling false dreams. my best friend (mark) is good friends with all these people in a band. one of those people in the band are named John. Mark called me with John on the other line. We talked for a while, and Mark showed John my myspace. Apparently, he thinks I am "insanely hot" and was talking to Mark about how bad he wants to "bone me." I was joking around on the phone and told John I'd give him a lapdance if he gave me and some friends a ride to the movies. So i probably led him on or something. Because I don't do things like that. Mark is having a party on Saturday and the whole band is going to be there. I'm afraid this guy John is going to try something on me and I'm not sure how to handle this. I've heard some bad things about John also, that he's an alcoholic and has a bad home-life. I know the typical answer is to "not go" to the party but I'm going to eventually meet this guy John somewhere because he's friends with a lot of people I know.
