i am a cook and i work 11 hour shifts. thus far i have been surviving on soda to keep me going. the caffene and sugar works but that means that i consume like 200 grams of sugar each day i work. i never gain weight but due to the sugar i don't lose it.

what would be the best vitamins and minerals i should buy to keep me going?

Kinda long, but i need your help!

I have been dating my boyfriend for 3 years and our relationship has always been kept a secret to my parents. I have to sneak around to see him and lie to them so we can spend time together. When we first started dating, he ran my phone bill up to about 700 dollars and ever since then, my parents hated him. But that was almost 3 years ago and now, we want to get engaged and move in together. Im sure its not because of our different ethnicities, but it just sucks having to lie to my parents because they are so strict. I am 19 years old but i feel like i am still 3. My parents are extremly strict so its not like i can talk to them about ANYTHING. What should i do? i know my boyfriend and i are going to be together for the long-haul so i really need help!! I cry all the time because it is not fair!! My parents say they want their money from him, but cmon! people make mistakes! please help!!

How do you cope with jealousy? My best friend since we were 10(we're 25 now) is married and expecting her second child. Every other friend I have is already in a serious relationship and they all have kids and I feel like I'm behind the curve. Their lives are all mortgages and gymnastics and I want all that so badly but I have yet to find it. So how can I keep from feeling so bitter all the time? I should be happy she has another baby on the way but sometimes I just wanna roll my eyes and tell her to go away and leave me to mope. What should I do?

I drink roughly 12 cans of pop a day, and have tried to quit. Every time I cut back or go 'cold turkey' I get terrible headaches. Is there anything (other than pain killers) I can do to redue the severity or the number of headaches I get?

My brother took a bag of raw chicken strips out of the freezer last night when he was re-arranging it. He accidentally left the bag on top of the fridge. They were frozen and now they're completely thawed and room temperature. They didn't smell too bad, but do you think it would be safe to eat them after baking them for a while? I would guess it's been exactly 24 hours.

my husband has a domestic violence problem and is being requirred to attend a program. I know it's going to take a long time to see if any real change is being made, and I think we should live in seperate houses for many years so I can raise my kids in peace. If he does want to change I would love to stay married and slowly start to date and become friends because we didn't do that at first. I'm just not sure if I'm being unrealistic, I know the chances of him changing arn't that good, but is it wrong for me to want to wait and see?

I got out of the oil and gas production business in 2000 (oil prices were around $21.00 per barrel at that time) and since that time have performed oil & gas consulting work for long time friends and associates in the business.
