Commitment and will to excel for the nation. And above all the cricketer called "Irfan Pathan"

I do not think there is anything wrong with the selection committee or the coach.The strength of our team used to be its batting.However,all the top batsmen have been woefully out of form for quite some time now.In yesterdays match with the West Indies at Nagpur though all batsmen again came good,but one is still not sure about them for on pitches abroad it has always been a different ball game.Last but not the least given our easy upbringing most Indian players are not as physically fit as players from other teams.

Team India has a number of good players, big names. Politics is deep rooted in BCCI, which is very harmful to the team. The captain seems to be lacking in independent decision making. The coach and selectors are not doing their job seriously.
Also the Team lacks in willpower and didn't have the Killier instinct.

They utlize all their energy on endrosement (which will fetch them more money) rather being in the team and preparing themselves well.

THE MAIN THING IS CONFIDENCE AND THE FEILDING PERFORMANCE IS NOT GOOD AND THE OPNERS IS NO MAKING GOOD PATNERSHIP BUT NOW THERE ARE TWO GOOD OPNERS SOURAV GANGULY & GOTAM GAMBIR AND SOMETIMES THE BATSMEN MAKES GOOD PATNERSHIPS & THE BOWLERS DONT TAKE EARLY WICKETS & SOMETIMES BOWLERS TAKE EARLY WICKETS AND THE BATSMEN DO SCORE WELL

better fielding,especially for ODIs ,WC
