It cuts off and on. All the lights are flashing.Where can I get a manual to read the code that it is flashing, seems like it is flashing 3 or 4 different codes.

question is which lights are flashing next if it is the check engine light is flashing can you get someone who knows hoh to read flashing codes if lights you have to look for a pause in the light long or short ,long pause is tenths short is singles

Check engine belt for breakage. Then check for burned fuses.

Most auto part stores have a hand held computer that plugs in under your dash that will tell you whats wrong,Sounds like a censer. they will usually do it for free.

It's probably the heater core. Do you have coolant in there?
