I had a loan related to a business purchase about 3 years ago.
Business name and my name were listed as a debtor in Uniform Commercial Code of New York State.
5 Months ago, I paid off and asked for a letter that all debts were paid off.
I've asked a number of times by phone & letter without getting any good response.
My name is still shown on UCC report.
I am concern that this kind of information would hurt my credit and make difficult for me to get another loan later time.

My questions are:

1) Where and what kind of legal action I can do to clear off my record WITHOUT lawyer ?

2) Anything I can ask for compensation for this kind of negligence?
It's been causing me a great deal of pressure and burden which I am supposed to be free from those, instead.

I'd appreciate your advice in advance.

I don't know what really happened but when i was watching this amazing movie for the first time it just felt so poetic and natural. I can't really explain it, but the scene where the guy and girl are watching the tape of the dancing bag was the climax for me. I could have watched it for hours and just listened to his voice. I was absolutely fixated on the screen and I never ever started to doze off, which you would normally expect when you haven't slept for 24 hours.
Definetly one of the best movies i've seen from the 90's onwards.

I HAVE to watch this movie stoned or tripping of some mushrooms sometime man.
And by the way kevin spacey is a god.

well first off, im 16 years old and i have been having problems lately. like my periods are really heavy and often painful like if i wait too long to take something before the cramps start nothing will help ease them. but as for the heavy periods.i go through about 5 pads an hour and before u know it, my pack of pads are half way gone and i barely have enough for the next time my period comes. and the thing that worries me is that i only last for 3 days.my periods should be regular because i started when i was 10. im still a virgin if that helps. oh and i havent really worked up the courage to tell my mom. my mom has been saying that she wanted me to see a gyn just for a visit to talk and meet my doctor. i really dont want to go because im worried what they may do if i tell them my prolem. i kinda have this privacy issue. is it normal for me to have heavy periods like this? please help me out with some advice. i would surely appreciate your help.

All my passwords were tresspassed by Canadian's Hackers.

In Canada, the Government and police are the masters of the criminial organiztions; so it is impossible the courts, who leaning toward police, charge the crimes against computer LAW which is very serious crime in USA.

Therefore, I must keep changing my passwords yet, i can see that all my emails are stolen by police, or after inspections, they may forward few of them...

One of the signs that I get, is that my passwords appearing on the 'Address window'...along with the http:// ....address...

I also checked that even Canadian Police many times attempted to steal my Master Card or Vias card number, that caused me problem with those cards.

My question is what is the safest way...is it typing is more secure..or just a 'fast copy and paste' of passwods... It is safer to keep passwords on Dics, or just write it in a notebook...

Is it any 'Email' system more secure than others, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, Yahoo...

Okay. This is a really wild question for me to even ask, but I have to know.

My mother has stated that when she dies she wants to be layed out in her house and she wants my father to build her coffin. She does not want anything fancy. She wants a simple pine coffin. While I would try to make her wishes a reality, I don't think she is living in reality. Well, in fact, I KNOW she isn't living in reality.

First off, my father will be grieving over her death, so why would she think he would want to build her coffin? Secondly, aren't there laws against building your own coffin? Aren't there state standards?

Secondly, can someone be layed out in their house instead of a funeral home? The whole thing seems morbid to me and I'm really uncomfortable with the entire thought.

Please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge please. I already know my mother is unbalanced, so I just need some advice. Thanks for your help.

I have a six month old male chihuahua. This morning I noticed that his penis looked extremely red. At first I thought there was blood. However, at a closer glance it appears that this area is just sooo red that it looks like blood. He does not seem uncomfortable but I am concerned that it might be an infection.
