All my passwords were tresspassed by Canadian's Hackers.

In Canada, the Government and police are the masters of the criminial organiztions; so it is impossible the courts, who leaning toward police, charge the crimes against computer LAW which is very serious crime in USA.

Therefore, I must keep changing my passwords yet, i can see that all my emails are stolen by police, or after inspections, they may forward few of them...

One of the signs that I get, is that my passwords appearing on the 'Address window'...along with the http:// ....address...

I also checked that even Canadian Police many times attempted to steal my Master Card or Vias card number, that caused me problem with those cards.

My question is what is the safest way...is it typing is more secure..or just a 'fast copy and paste' of passwods... It is safer to keep passwords on Dics, or just write it in a notebook...

Is it any 'Email' system more secure than others, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, Yahoo...

you must secure your computer first this is not hotmail or aol problem this is yours you should follow this step
1- first step in security is your self it mean do not open any file you receive some times hackers try to hack you by social engineering they encourage you to download a infected file or visit infected page what should you do
a-first of all go to control panel---->folder Option ----> view---->unmark the check box ( hide extensions for known file types) if it is checked.
now you are sure you will see files real extensension
from now on do not open any file with following extenstion if you dont know the source
.exe .scr .com .bat .pif
sometimes hackers use this style
file.jpg.exe
b-do not visit untrusted page or email and ...
c-never fill a form with you data in email sometimes you saw a page just like yahoo but the address is not on yahoo domain so it just fake login page or scam
2-software level --
software you use maybe have bugs and they exploit you by using them always update your software update windows regularly and try upgrade programs like yahoo messenger
install antihack and firewall program like
zonalarm
kaspersky
avast
and ....
do not use unsure P2P networks try to use opensource clients like
ARES
DC++
Shareaza
Emule
use anti spyware if your anti virus dont have the option
3-removing trojans and virus-- mostly removing trojans and viruses by hand is easer than using antivirus . How!!?
its really easy
most virus programs need to start as process in system except few of them
so you can always find there nasty name press ALT+ctrl+del
in process you will see name of the running process
go to start menu choose run type MSCONFIG the in ms config you in startup tab you will see the name of programs try to start every time windows started find the name of proc and image name and file path after endtasking the process delete start up key and also file
im getting tired of typing ;)
and my last advise there is to file transdfer protocol TFTP and FTP worms and some trojans use them to copy a version of them selves in your hard disk and if you delete them windows file protection make this to file again so make to file named ftp.exe and tfpt.exe and over write the in copy the m in
c:\windows\system32

Passwords are the weakest form of security, you might want to utilize a combination of security techniques. VPN to another system somewhere else in the world and do your internet transactions from there. There's a lot of anonymous browsing services out there. If you have violated the law, you can't be helped. Your information is kind of confusing. You make Canada sound like some 3rd World Country with Tyrants and Warlords running the show. Most important to know when you do you internet transactions make sure you have a bank or credit card company that will back you in case of theft. Then also make sure you are making an encrypted connection such as https:// , or you can easily establish a VPN with SSH and port forward all your internet traffic over the VPN for secure activity.

I never knew that about Canada. I am glad I do not live there or I might have those worries too. If you have those concerns then no password system will be of use to you.

How about buying one of those biometric entry devices? It accepts your finger print so that the computer knows it is really you. No password or typing would be required.

The only way the Canadian Government and police could bypass that is if they got some of your DNA and made a clone that had your exact fingerprints. You can prevent that by making sure to not leave any hairs or used Kleenex tissues around that they can get DNA from. Good luck and keep secure!

You must lock down that computer. Get a firewall that will Stealth your machine. I use McAfee but I am sure most any of them will do it. A good one is from Comodo.

http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/

Run scans that will clean your machine.

Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from CA.

http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx

Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.

Download, update and run Adaware---http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/products/select_your_product.php

Download HijackThis---http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis.

Run and Save a Log. When you log comes up copy and paste the entire log at http://www.hijackthis.de/ . Analyze your results. You will then get a screen that will tell you if you have any nasty stuff in your computer. Follow instructions to deal with any nasties. CAUTION: This is a very powerful tool. Be careful.

If the police tried to steal your credit card number, that is a crime and they are not immune to the law. Do something about it...call them on themselves.

Use heavy 1024-bit encryption on your e-mails, it will take them more time to read them
