Actually, there is no time for exercise! The person who has a high blood pressure works from 7-9 every day. Then they go to night classes and travel to Taipei and Hong Kong every other week. Also, they are meat lovers. How could he shed the hight blod pressure without exercising was my question.

Have a healty low fat diet. Eat plnty of fruit, veg, pulses and eat fish more regularly. Reduce the amount of salt you use or better stop using it completely. Try to exercise, even if it is just using the stairs rather than an elevator or escalator; if you are parking in a car park park a little further away from the enterance you use. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Get between 6 and 8 hours of sleep a day. In your free time (albeit little) find something that relaxes an soothes you. You could try meditation. Excercise is a strong part of the process to do that..so you need to find a way to do it 30 minutes a day at least.
