It would seem your best bet is the Chartered Insurance Institute in Nigeria. Their Associateship Certificate program appears thorough, although I've never taken any of their courses so I cannot comment any further than what appears on their website (link provided). They are located in Lagos, although it appears some (maybe all?) of their courses can be taken online. Also try the Nigerian Insurers Association, and the Great Nigerian Insurance Company, who seems to have a bunch of in-house courses. Hope this helps.
