Well I have been researching iPods and other mp3 players because, well, I'm tired of having to whip out my laptop everytime I want to hear a song. When I was finished researching, I found that my choices are the iPod and the Zen Vision M thingy... Well a lot of people were talking about how the Zen is better, because the quality of the movies was better on it and people were saying iPods were better because the sound quality was better. I don't really plan on watching to many videos on whatever I buy because I have my laptop for that, so here it is... Which is better....................

P.S. I noticed also that people were against iPod because they seem to want to be "non-conformists" (which puts you into a state of conformity but trying to be a non-conformist so hard... but I digress). And also people are for iPod cause "they're pretty and trendy" so yeah. That being said I would like reasons OTHER than these...

I have have been taking phentermine for 4 days now and have lost about 3 lbs. My doctor said if I keep doing 1200 calorie diet and working out 5-6 times a week then I should lose 60 lbs in 4-5 months. To me that seems like a lot of weight to lose in only 4 or 5 months and seems almost impossible. I was just wondering what anyone elses experience has been?

I have been gainning weight lately (from 138 to 145) but don't feel havier, actually feel lighter. I was told since I am exercising all the time, I build up muscles weight which is more than fat. If I keep exesrcising, will I loose wight eventually?

i have this best friend of 9 years, we had a big blow up recently, i felt very betrayed (she backstabbed me to her boyfriend), she also accused me of revealing her secret (breaking up with her ex) to another mutual friend.
