ok well i am 15 years old an i have been in beauty pageants since i was 6 weeks old and i have always been little ittybitty but this past year i have gained some weight i have 4 upcoming pageants next moneth so i need some ways to drop maybe 10 pounds and some thing to get in shape back hoe i used to be please help me i need to loose bout 10 pounds???? somehting that works please everyone answer????

Drink a large glass of water before every meal. Your stomach will fill up and you won't eat as much.

you are young so it is more easy to losing weight, you need to consume fruit or vegetables at least twice a day, control your portion, you need a balancing meal, dont eat too much fat or snack, exercises at least once a day maybe soccer, or basketball it is up to you, the healthy weight for you is losing 2 pounds a week, so you'll be losing 10 pounds in 5 weeks, teenagers should not take any pills! thet is dangerous for your health, you should eat cereals at breakfast, you cannot skip meals because it is simply unhealthy! so i hope this tip work!

Have you tried leaving off sweets and soda's. Drink plenty of tap water.

simple...cut out sweets, fried foods, soft drinks and just move more, and don't eat too late.
