Yup I agree with all these responses. Muscle weight is a good thing. Toss the scale! All they do is cause neuroses.

If you want to alter your muscles, try exercises with weights using high reps and low weight. This will keep you toned but prevent mass building. I'd say that you're probably fine and I wouldn't change anything. This society's obsession with extreme trimness is maddening and not healthy!

you may't. whatever you'll lose some muscle communities. Take heart, you're not any further easily dropping muscle, you're dropping muscle length. in the present day, your muscle tissues are "moist" with extra fat. once you dry those undesirable boys out (decrease the fat), you'll have a more effective perfect idea of your certainly length. that is universal advice, yet the following that is: decrease lower back, yet do not remove weight preparation. Do cardio a minimum of three days a week for no longer than 40 5 minutes. Have a protein shake today after your workout consultation to re-construct any damaged down muscle.

Muscles weight? You don't look like a woman wrestler, do you? After lots of exercise and a good diet, eventually you will loose fat and inches of your waist (which is what you should be looking at, not the scale) and your weight will go down. But muscles are good, remeber that.

You may not lose a whole lot of pounds if your building muscle but you will appear thinner and more fit because your stomach will be flat and toned not flabby. Dont worry so much about the scale as long as your doing right for yourself, thats what counts.

Body composition is more important than weight. Muscle weighs more than fat but gives a trimmer, sleeker, and healthier look.

You are doing a good job by losing fat and gaining muscle. Don't be as concerned about your weight as much as how you look and feel.

Hey....muscle weight is a good thing...Muscles actually burns calories faster than fat does....It sounds like you are getting into great shape...If you are doing weights....you might just want to back off of those a bit...Good Luck.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
