ok well i am 15 years old an i have been in beauty pageants since i was 6 weeks old and i have always been little ittybitty but this past year i have gained some weight i have 4 upcoming pageants next moneth so i need some ways to drop maybe 10 pounds and some thing to get in shape back hoe i used to be please help me i need to loose bout 10 pounds???? somehting that works please everyone answer????

Stay away from the junk and eat things like celery it has a negative calorie system. It burns more calories to eat it than there are in it. So you eat and lose weight but only till you lose the weight don't get carried away. a few years ago I lost 50 pounds just not drinking soda anymore. It is what you take in verses what you burn off.

Well I'm 19 and I'm sure you gaining 10 pounds is no big deal. It will be easy for you to lose. Make sure your diet is good. Don't eat right before bed and eat a healthy breakfast like maybe some toast or an egg. It's completely natural for you to be gaining weight. You are growing. Do a little exercise everyday for about 20 min. That will help too. I hope a helped a little! Good luck on those pageants!

first of all, be discipline. then, burn more calories by running, 30 minutes fast-paced walking, sit-up 100 times a day, skipping n anything that can make u sweat. remember, control ur eat, eat balanced diet. count the calories of the food everytime before taking any food. dietician studies that taking a very small amount of food everyday will help u to mantain ur weight. but, u juz can do this method after u lose ur weight.
n lastly, set up ur target. it'll help u!! believe me.

If u know "PRANAYAMA" go for it.It is safest n quick in terms.
