My son's pedi. doesn't bill their patients (according to the secretary). Upon my visits they try to get me to pay what they think is due at that time. I said to bill me and I will pay. The secretary said the Dr. doesn't send bills and that I get an EOB from my insurance provider (the document that says "This is not a bill" and says what I "May owe the provider"). I said I want a bill. They have provided a year of service and I switched Dr.'s. I have never received a bill and have only paid the co-pay. The last straw was my final visit where they made me sign a document that said I was fully responsible for the remaining cost of vaccinations for my son that insurance doesn't cover. Is this legal? SHould I send a letter requesting a bill for the balance that I am aware of or just wait for them to take action?

WASHINGTON - Democratic leaders in Congress lobbed a warning shot Friday at the White House not to launch an attack against Iran without first seeking approval from lawmakers.
"The president does not have the authority to launch military action in Iran without first seeking congressional authorization," Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid (news, bio, voting record), D-Nev., told the National Press Club.
This week, the administration sent another aircraft carrier to the Persian Gulf — the second to deploy in the region. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said the buildup was intended to impress on Iran that the four-year war in Iraq has not made America vulnerable. The U.S. is also deploying anti-missile Patriot missiles in the region.

President Bush said last week the U.S. will "seek out and destroy" networks providing that support. While top administration officials have said they have no plans to attack Iran itself, they have declined to rule it out.

ive been texting my player guy whom i havent seen in two months and he was replying and the latest reply was that he has missed me.So that statement softened me and i did text he that i miss hom too and stuff but he wouldnt reply,then i gave him a missed call and he called but he sounded indifferent and said that he is out of city but when hes back hell call me to go for a drink.next day i call him at home and he was there!i hunged up and i texted late at night 'You are a f...".In the morning he replied "Good mornig!",so i git even more pissed and texted you r an ***...A day after he texted me saying "where r u?ive missed late night swearing!" and i texted back bad things once more.Why is he playing with me if he doesnt wanna c me?

I just got my first iPod and my brother used his mac to load it up with songs. I want to add some more using my PC but am a little afraid of losing everything he already put on. I know that I have to disable the auto update thing. My real question is will I be able to now use my video iPod on my PC so I can add my own songs and videos?

I recently asked this woman out at the bar, we are the same age and such. A week later after one date I found out she is my step aunt... we decided to go on a second date but it was awkward. I spilled some wine on my shirt, my GOOD shirt.. and had to go home quickly to remove the stains.. she thought I spilled the wine on purpose to leave because the date was going bad.

My Bf said that he doesnt care if we dont do anything untill were married or if we ever did anything as long as i loved him and he could be with me.......WOW So umm I love him greatly for that what do you guys think about my guy! Hi, I am a freshman at the University of North florida in Jacksonville. Since arriving in August, I have had trouble with certain things......dealing with roommates (I am an only child), making friends, time management, etc. Ireally miss my family, mainly my mom, who is an 2 and 1/2 hours away. I find myself falling into a bit of a depression. My mind is contsntly going, and my mood goes from being up to going down. I have trouble falling asleep, too, mainly because I cannot "shut my mind off". Are there any good self-help books that I can read? I have already picked up "Feeling Goofd" by David Burns and plan to start reading that this weekend.

Hi, somebody has proposed to take me on a seal hunting adventure holiday off the coast of Greenland. I was just wondering if this is legal. I'm not really interested in your opinion on the subject, that can be voiced elsewhere, I'd simply like to know if anyone has any experience of seal hunting or knowledge of the law concerning the hunting of seals. As far as I'm aware they're not an endangered species.

On the first day of school, the children brought gifts for their teacher. The florist's son brought the teacher a bouquet of flowers. The candy-store owner's daughter gave the teacher a pretty box of candy. Then the liquor-store owner's son brought up a big, heavy box. The teacher lifted it up and noticed that it was leaking a little bit.

She touched a drop of the liquid with her finger and tasted it. "Is it wine?" she guessed.
