I have an electric blue johanni and his stomach is bloated..of course I didnt know they werent supposed to have lots of live food for their diet. I thought they were carnivores. I diagnosed him myself because of how I fed them live food everytime...and he is not eating at this point what should I do? Is there anything I could do? And what kind of fish food is best for mbunas?

I'm 26, healthy. now I can only run 2 miles non stop on a running machine, much less if I run outside.

I'm thinking about training myself for marathon, at least half.

my question is : Can anyone (healthy) be trained to run Marathon? esp. for a totally beginner like me?

i think so.The old man should go home and take care of his Grand kids and leave Manning alone with some real talent to get the Giants to the Playoffs! i mean Eli has some talent like his brother and the rest of his family legacy but he is not able to show it because of Coughlin. The mathematical definition of a diagonal is "an adjacent line that bisects a polygon." Does anyone know of an theorem/equation that will determine how many diagonals a polygon has, without having to do a drawing to see how many there are? An example is how many diagonals would a decagon (10 sided polygon) have?
