Yes, although, his personality and confidence would be more important than either of the two you mentioned. If you have the right words, and attitude, you can go a long way.
My friend would say something in Spanish, which translates to, "words, kill good looks". LOL. Ok basically, it means words will out due good looks. (Which is true, he got very nice looking girls, and he didn't have either a 10 body, or a 10 face. I won't go any further on his rating, because that would be mean LOL.
If you can talk up a girl nicely, and be secure in your own skin, you can get almost any girl you want.
God bless you. Member girls are often just as insecure, so making them feel like a 10, will allow them to look beyond, your 4 and 10.

Personally, I wouldn't be as strongly attracted to a guy with a ripped body but less than attractive face. The face really makes the person. Anyone can get a nice body. But the face you cannot change (so easily).

NO face is everything , well you need both to make a complete pacage, the way i see it if a guy had a 4 face and a 10 body then that would be like a regifted present

mmmm...maybe his personality should be a 10 or close to it. people in general are superficial, but an ugly guy with a great personality could make him a 7 rather than being cute with a terrible attitude...that's a 4 in my book.

yeah to a fat girl with low self worth. what would help, start making up lies that you were in a horrible accident which resulted in you current puggish looks.
hell be like the two strokes in the wedding crashers, say you got this way in the war, or oklahoma city, or new york city. some walking clam will eventually put out.
alternatively you could win the lottery and pay for sex
