I work for a small company so there are no corporate guidelines or anything...just what my boss (who is also the pres) says. I will clarify with him if needs be, but I'm curious what most working people think two weeks means. 10 days? or 14 days? I'm guessing probably 10, but that doesn't seem like very much...

I don't know what it is, but everyone else seems to love that show. My sister is obsessed with it. But I just don't see what is so great about it. I like music, but I can't get into the show.

Maybe it's Simon Cowell. I swear, they had to go out and find the biggest ***hole to do that job, and he's it. lol

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that last Autumn the air conditioner went out. I took it in to a local dealer, and was told that the condensor was "bent" and had to be replaced. In addition, to access the condensor, I was told that they would have to "take off" the front bumper. Doing so would require at least a $1000 repair bill. I decided to pass on the repair since I would not need the air condition over the winter. I do want it fixed for this upcoming summer. Is it necessary to remove a bumper to access a "bent" condensor?

that whilst I personally think people kissing and being affectionate (NOT IN A PEVERSE WAY) with their animals is soooooo cute that some people - particularly men from the answers I got disagree.
