okay i really need help in some of my classes, and the person that is suppose to be helping me he cant get a transfer and WE really need to figure out a way to help him get over here so he can help me to pass bioligy and history and so i can help him in math but does anybody have any ideas to getting him to come over here??????????

Hi, organising a 30th birthday for beginning of March and am looking for a place to stay for around 50 people. In the countryside, near a pub, woods, water etc. No tents but caravans or YHA would be fine, anyone recommend anything? Norfolk/suffolk/within 2 hours of Essex or nearer.

can someone give me some examples of white american culture, I am from europe the height of culture and civilization. I have travelled america and the only form of worthy culture i saw was black culture, jaz, new orleans etc.

white culture seems to be trashy in america, where is its soul and heart.

Rumsfeld gets fired, the Bush administration stops using "Stay the Course" as a slogan for the war, and then they go back to doing essentially the same thing. What would it take to end it? How wrong do they have to be for the country to simply stop this war or at least stop letting the same people do the same things?

I have to say that, though I totally adore Indian food, it always pops up to say hello when I'm talking to a client!!!

Is it just me? Or are there certain ingredients that create this phenomena?! And are there any other national foods that are just as apocalyptic?!

We are working on a science project. The title of the project is "Why are astronaut suits white?" Not much luck surfing the web. Many web sites offer info regarging what astronauts do, details of space walks, etc. but nothing regarding specs of a space suit.

If you use the reasoning of the pro-minimum wage increase crowd... it is to be assumed that $7.25 is enough. Do you think that the extra $2.10 will just be going for more cigs and booze?

Only teenagers and the recent retirees should be making minimum wage. If you are over 18 and still making minimum wage -- maybe there's something wrong with you.

...see San Antonio get attcked on the show?
I must admit, I had not been a fan of the show in the past. I had never watched it until Sunday and Monday night. And the ONLY reason I tuned in was to see my city get blown up. The T.V. Guide made a big deal about how San Antonio was going to be featured as one of the cities to be attacked in the show.
Ok, first, yeah, I kind of liked the show and may tune in again. Second, did I miss it? I watched all 4 hours and I didn't see San Antonio get attacked! Was it all a ploy to draw San Antonio viewers in? Did any of you '24' fans see my city get attacked on Sunday or Monday night? Was it while I was in the restroom?
*sniff* I wanted to see my city on a TV drama.

My mother has somewhat opened up to the fact that Amy and I are getting back together. However she is demanding that Amy sign papers that will mean she gives up 100% rights to our son in the event this reconcilation doesn't work out. I am totally against this.
I feel it is wrong to keep Amy out of our son's life totally. He loves his mother. He needs her to be part of his life.
I have told my mother this is wrong. I have even refused to give Amy the paper. My mother says this is the only way she will accept Amy back into the family.
All I want to know is can my mother legally do this. Can she make Amy sign that paper. Or do we have the right to stand our ground and tell my mother to basically bug off.
It is getting to the point where I am ready to tell my mother to have a nice life and never have anything to do with her again. My sister who adores Amy has recently taken over as child care provider for our son.
As far as I know my mother didn't bad mouth him in front of him.
