once you get to be an adult, most people regret. Start to have kids... you regret it. If your young wait a couple years, see if you still want it. I can think of 7 people I have known w/ tatoos, all 7 regret this day- A sun, a thorn, Flounder, roses, star, greatful dead, a flag. But some don't either. Just give it good decision!

YES!! I was 25 and it was not my first tattoo. I got a black panther and I wish I had not done it. The worse part is that if I had taken the time to think about it as I did with my other 5 tats I probably would never have done it. Spur of the moment tattoos are the worst.

I waited until I was 28 to get my first tattoo. I'm 35 and have 19 of them now. I have no regrets. I learned a long time ago from my friends' mistakes NOT to get someone's name (unless it's a parent or child or other respected family member) or any band names tattooed on you. Love will fade, bands will break up...but that tattoo will be there for a long time.

no, i don't have any that i regret. i planned them all out and thought about them long and hard before getting them. i usually give myself 1-4 years of thinking about a tattoo before getting it.

the only regret i have is with my first tattoo, i wish i'd gotten it bigger! but i do love it anyway, i just wish that some of the details were more visible since i designed it myself and put a lot of thought into it.

no. i have not regretted any tattoo that i have ever gotten. i have regretted not researching my tattoo artist and not being informed on what a tattoo can be. i have since had my first three tattoos covered up because i now know how beautiful and artful tattoos can be. i have much higher tattoo standards now. i was 18 when i got my first three tattoos and was 24/25 last year when i got them covered up. they were 1.my name in korean (my mom is from korea) 2.a psychadelic mushroom 3.a black dragon

I waited until I was 30 to start getting tattooed, and I have no regrets.

I have many tattoos and have many more planned. I don't regret any of my tattoos because they all have personal meaning and significance. I chose my tattoos wisely :-)

I feel bad for people who regret their tattoos though. It just makes me wonder what went wrong.

I've recently got one 5 months ago...A friend of a friend had a tattoo party and I was convinced to get one. Bad move...its the worse..Now I can't get in touch with the guy who did it because he conveniently went out to sea, he is in the navy and tattoo's when he is in town and on the ship for the guys..I've seen his work and it looked good but for some reason mine looks like ****..By the way its a Scorpio sign with the word Scorpio under it..

No. I have two tattoos. They are each very meaningful to me. I am 19 and I don't care what anyone says I love them both and I don't care if they are wrinkly when I'm older! You know why? Because they will always remind me of the reason I got them and whenever I look at them I will smile... even if I am old and wrinkly!
