I'm changing my diet to include 2 32fl oz of 38gm of protein a day. But there are time that I will not work out. What will happen to that protein if I don't work out? Will it turn to fat? Will it be in storage? Should I not drink the protein when I don't work out? Please advise.

ok so i am getting braces next monday the 22nd of january and the monday after that i am going to a camp with school. i got spacers on yesterday the 15th of Jan.

will they still hurt when i go to camp?
what are the most important things to know about braces?
any tips? advice? problems u've had?
im getting kind of worried.

how long does it take?
what is the procedure?

Hello,

I am hoping someone here can give me some idea of what needs to be repaired on my car. I have an older vehicle, a 1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. When I'm driving, it sometimes feels like something is "skipping", like the engine is "catching" or something. It feels like there is a slight resistance, only intermittently, not all the time. This is noticeable when I'm idling at a red light as well. I can see the car's RPM's rising and dropping, even when the car is sitting still - it sometimes idles so low it feels like the car is just going to turn off.

Someone told me the timing belt or chain may need replacing. Does this seem correct? What would the approximate cost be for a new timing belt? Any ideas on what else it could be?

We had an interesting dilemma at at our table a couple of days ago.

It was six people playing. The blinds were 1,000 & 2,000 (play money). The first position checked. The second position went all in with $3000. The third position called the $3000. The fourth and fifth positions folded. The person in the first position decides he will raise up to $4,000.

The person in the third position (who had previously called) cries out that the person in the first position could not do that. He states that since the person in the 2nd position could not cover a legitimate raise (2x the big blind) that his all-in should not considered a raise and that the person in the 1st position (since he had originally checked) was not entitled to raise.

Does the person in 1st position have the right to check-raise?
