Look around you.......Listen to a child laugh.......see the wonderful things that life has to offer you.......Love yourself first and be good to yourself. Phone someone who loves and cares about you and just enjoy visiting with them for a while. Let someone else know that you love them too. This is the beginning of feeling loved. If that doesn't help you.....then think of all the homeless people who have NO ONE.....no one to love them, no place to call 'home', no one to care. That should do it for sure. Be thankful for everything that you have, not possessions, but people in your life, friendships, relationships, etc. God bless you and have a great evening. :)
