A second opinion is a good idea.

I had the option of either proceedure. I went with surgical. I though that the needle biopsy was ify. After I saw the scar on my poor boobie I was mad at myself for taking that road.
If you have the option take the lesser, you get another mammo soon after then if there is anything else to worry about get the surgical the second time.

You should get the least invasive procedure that gives you the best results...and a radiologist won't tell you the results without informing your doctor first. So....if you're not comfortable with your doctors opinion, get a second opinion. Otherwise, get the problem taken care of now and stop procrastinating! Godloveya, honey.

You know what you decide to do is entirely up to you - its your body. I had no choice I had the needle. GOOD LUCK
