I'm eating lots of egg to gain some muscle and the eggs I bought were labelled to be fortified with Omega-3 so I wonder whether I should eat the yolk or otherwise because Omega-3 is good for the brain and the nerveous system.

I have been seeing a guy for past 7-8 months. He says he loves me but so far he hasn't made any committment to me. He says he cannot commit
1.unless his parents agree
2. unless his sister gets married
3.unless his brother starts earning (his brother is a doc. n is doing some research which wud end in abt 8-10 months)

His parents will consider me after his sis is married. His sister is completing LLB this May after which if she decides not to study furthur she will get married in june but if she decides otherwise she will marry in June 2009. I am 24yrs of age n i completed my P.G.in 2005. I am not in a position to wait till 2009.

To top it all he is going away for a year. i begged him not to or atleast come back in 6 months but he is not willing to do so. One year without meeting is too long n too unbearable.

Please tell me what i should do. Do you think it i should wait for him? Do you think after all these "unless" this is a relationship to stick to?

Starting yesterday as the weather was getting colder the temp of our house went from 70 degrees to 68 degrees. Then last night by the time my husband came home the temp was all the way down to 67degrees. It is now 7:20 in the morning and it is 59 degrees!! It is freezing in here. YES WE HAD THE HEAT TURNED ON! We have electric heat. My husband tried to find out what was going on, but couldn't see anything. Can anyone PLEASE give us some advice. WE are freezing in here. how come I have such a good appetite?!!
actually I'm not fat and my BMI is 18.5. but I'm trying really hard to get rid of the babyfat face. in addition I have been on a low fat diet for some time and shed about 3 kg. does my good appetite have something to do with my diet? but I'm not hungry at all!!! how come?!!

and please don't tell me to drink water to curb my appetite. that simply doesn't work for me

my bf is studying abroad. last week, when we chat on YM, i saw his avatar, which was him and a girl. He said that she is his gf when i asked him about the girl. unfortunately, my internet was disconneted that time so i couldnt chat with him any more. what should i do next
- move on
- ignore it, keep contact with him as friends and dont ask about that girl at all
- write him email, show him my feelings

p.s: though we are in love, i never show him that i really love him or he is the only one in my heart. is there any chance that his behavior is a test. i mean, if i really love him, i would be very jealous with that girl.
