can any body give me internel circuit of IC UM66?

I can't find an internal diagram either, but I know what's in it:
- 1 Melody ROM with 64 musical notes at 6 bits each, 4 bits for the scale and 2 bits for signalling the rhythm code.
- 1 Tone generator for 258Hz to 23768Hz
- 1 Rhythm generator for 15 different rhythms.
- 1 Tempo generator for 128 to 1920 J/minute.
- 1 Oscillator, supplying tone-, rhythm-, and tempo- generators ( which are actually dividers) with the basic frequency.
