It certainly was when I went to see Raw live. The ring announcer Lillian informs the crowd when to pop for the intros to each show, which are taped a little earlier than the show starts, and then calms the crowd again before getting them excited again as the show begins.

Yes, it is. I have actually been to a LIVE RAW in my hometown. They make the set ready for HEAT before they make it set for RAW. That is also why the starting time it says on your ticket when you buy a ticket is 2 and a half hours early, it is so you can also watch HEAT, (taped before Monday Night RAW.)

No, because Raw is live, and all heat does is replay what happened on Raw, just like that other show did. With cable, it came on channel 4, without cable, it came on channel 38.

donno i think it is taped on saturdays. money night raw is taped around 2 hours b4 relesed, smackdown sometime on tuesday, ecw tuesday,velocity is on sunday
