Hi all, I was hoping you could help me solve this question. I’m 19 years old and recently had another growth spurt 8 months ago in my knees where I grew an inch in a week and have grown 3 more inches since, but during it I was eating a lot of soy bread, and I was wondering if the phytoestrogens in the soy bread might have caused the growth spurt leading to a premature closure of the growth plates in my knees and thus stunting my growth, or if I was just genetically programmed to have a late growth spurt at this age?
I ask this because I read up that estrogen and testosterone convert to estradiol, which is the hormone responsible for the growth plates in our bones closing and I was unsure if the phytoestrogens in the soy bread I was eating could do the same thing which might explain my sudden growth spurt, much in the same way that taking steroids can produce a sudden growth spurt but lead to premature closure of the growth plates due to rapid conversion of testosterone into estradiol

I have been with my High School Sweetheart for 6 years now. He cheated on me the second year we were together----the third year---- talked to another girl over the phone---talked to one of the girls he cheated on me before I left for the Navy---now today I just found out the girl that he cheated on me with the first year---he has kept in touch with since I got out of basic and txt messaged her a week ago telling her how his day was. I have just recently been honorably discharged from the service in December. He told me that since we have been here he has been really stressed out and that is his reason. I am so tired of dealing with all of this. We just recently made it through a porn addiction. I don't understand how I could be the issue. I am pretty---in shape--and smart. I will be attending Texas A&M in August. What should I do---should I get a divorce? How much does it cost to get one? How long? Where do I go? Plus-since I got out he has to take care of me until I can find a job.

My hair is black and I have tried a few times to dye my hair to burgundy color, but it never work. It's still the same color. One time when I got the highlight hair color to dye my hair, and it turn orange. Does anybody know how I can dye my black black hair to burgundy sucessfully? is there a product that you tried and it works.

i have been going out with this girl for last 6 Years and i have given everything i can in this relationship .
I Have never really made friends with anyone, as Wanting to spend more time with her and Some of my Friends Got Distance'd as my Girl Dint Like them .
