Try warm milk, before bed. May be a routine. Reading. Meditation. Lots of books out there on Insomnia relief. Stay away from caffine 4 to 5 hours before bed. Stuff like that. Good Luck! Pinky M

It may be too late for tonight, but for the future, drink Valerian Root tea. I usually don't believe in taking medication or sleeping pills or stuff like that, but years ago I had terrible insomnia (I usually sleep like a log), and I tried this stuff and it works, and it's natural and non addictive. You can put some lemon in it because it tastes terrible. I held my nose and drank it straight down. One cup of this tea should put you to sleep.

It could be worse, I am awake and I am sick.
And I am on Yahoo answers and so are you.
I guess that doesn't work.
Try laying in bed and putting every inch of your body to sleep one at a time. First the big two, each toe, the foot the ankle, the other foot toe by toe and then the calf, the knees etc etc etc etc etc
