1) first of all check out ur most fertile days after ur periods( u can check on mymonthlycycle.com)
2) take healthy diet
3) avoid smoking, drinking
4) enjoy ur sex dont take any stress about pregnancy
5) most important...KEEP FAITH ON GOD...pray to him to bless u with healty baby...

It's really important to evaluate your health prior to having a baby. If you are overweight it could put you at a higher risk for gestational diabetes, and other complications. Take a bit of time and exercise, eat right and make yourself as healtyh as possible. Being healthy will also improve the odds of conception...

i would say find out when you are ovulation and have timed sex around those dates. If you are overweight, try going to your doctor office and get some blood work done to make sure the no other problems. Have fun when you are having sex and please don't make it a job for your husband are partner it affect the mini hims.
