I am 27 years old and 18W 1D pregnant with a little girl. I have had some random bleeding and spotting through the pregnancy which has made me really nervous, but baby continues to look good.

At my 18 week detailed ultrasound today the tech found choroid plexus cysts in the baby's brain that are markers for Trisomy 18. I don't think they found any other markers. The Dr said that these cysts occur in 1-2% of pregnancies and usually the babies are ok....but I am so scared!

My Triple Scan results were great and showed lower than average risks of chromosomal problems.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Being a Christian means we are supposed to follow certain basic tenents. But you ask a question about the Bible on here, and you get five different versions of what Jesus supposedly meant.
I see bad advice, bad attitudes, and off-kilter doctrinal teaching. It's scary.
I think the modern church is more about keeping people happy and less about compelling them to study. Am I right, or is it just me?

Hi,

A plastic rod with linear charge density lambda is bent into a quarter circle. The quarter circle is placed in the 3rd quadrant in a way that if 3 more quarter circles were placed on the plane, the would form a whole circle (one quarter circle in each quadrant). The plastic rod has a positive charge all over. Find the electric field at the origin.

QUESTIONS:

a. Write expressions for x and y components of the electric field at the origin due to a small piece of charge at angle theta.

b. Write, but do not evaluate, definite integrals for the x and y components of the net electric field at the origin.

c. Evaluate the integrals and write Enet in component form.

i recieved so many things at my shower for the baby and half of them i wont ever use.....some of the items however are great...my favorite right now is the hand held monitor that i can see and hear the baby on...i took a lot of stuff back and recieved gift cards i would like to know what you all have found the most useful so i dont wind up with things that will just sit in the closet....thanks for your help

Today, I went to “Wikipedia.com” and typed in deforestation, went down to the Ethiopia, section and found out a few things. Like this, Deforestation occurs when people clear forests for personal needs such as, for hunting, fuel, or when they need the land to grow and harvest crops. But the main reasons are the shifting agriculture and fuel wood. Ethiopia has the second largest population in Africa and has been hit by famine many times, mostly because there was a depletion of natural resources. The overpopulation of the land caused people to cut down the trees for uses such as firewood and clear the land for crops. If the population keeps growing in Ethiopia, then the deforestation rate will rise, and the country has already lost 98% of it’s forest in the last 50 years. The forests have a very important part in protecting erosion from Ethiopia because the trees would block rain and wind from getting to the soil. They also help to reduce global warm

I am required to wear a suit at my office, but on Fridays they allow casual attire. perferably I like being dressed up It makes me feel more confident, more respected and succesful. While everyone else is wearing plain dress shirts and pants and I am in a suit they always make a big deal out of it, but I just don't see what the big deal is.
