I don't think you just find a new interest, I think they find you. Of course you do have to see what is happenning around that you may enjoy. Try looking at you library. They usually have a lot of info on clubs and groups at a local level. I know ours also has displays from many groups at different times. Libraries offer a lot more than a good book. Ours even has the local boat builders club info. Ever thought about making model boats?? Me neither....lol

Peachy Beaches, Pudding and Pie... I believe that you penned those words and only you know what they mean. Judging from your 360 page, you identify yourself first and foremost as a mother. You probably feel overwhelmed at times and allow little to no time for yourself. Your subconscious is convicting you for not rewarding yourself with something that brings you pleasure apart from your family. It would seem appropriate that you first identify what activity brings you joy apart from family. Acknowledging that we are social creatures, I would suggest something that provides social interaction and challenges you mentally and/or spiritually. Not only will you benefit from this quest for self-discovery, your family will also become beneficiaries as your overall frame of mind will improve. Your children will recognize it for sure. I wish you well in your journey.

you could learn a musical instrument, a new language, or sport
it would be something to get the kids involved in too. too many child prodigies on the musical/lingual front these days. it's never too late
plus you'd really enjoy it.
