I never would have expected it when I was a conflicted bisexual kid, but my wife and I get complements on our relationship sometimes, by straight people.

Two that stand out: Once a woman who rides the same bus home we do told us her daughter came out to her, and watching us made her feel better about the girl's future!

The other was more recent. We're starting an interior design/decor business. Toward the end of our last job, the client smiled and said, "People should know what to expect just by looking at you two. Cozy and super-modern, somehow harmonizing beautifully!"

How about y'all--have you ever gotten positive comments on same-sex relationships by straights? What sweet things did they say?

My husband and I plan on starting a small business in our small town. We plan on offering hoagies/sandwiches, pizza, salads (such as potato and macaroni), chips, soda and newspapers. Our last name is Burger so I thought that might be catchy, but we won't be offering burgers! I'd like a catchy name. Any ideas?

all of my mice play well together, everyone gets along fine. they have all been together since i bought them. all 8 live in a huget cage together. they play on a big wire wheel and everything seems fine. they are all about 4 months old. its all good EXPECT..... one mouse is constantly left out she (they are all girls) always sleeps alone outside of their house. i know they all fit in there, its big! but i dont know why she is alwyas sleeping alone. sometimes during they day, when they are sleeping, i will hear 1 of them squeeling... i go over there and she is out of the house by herself walking around... like they are chasing her out of the house they all sleep in. what the heck!!?? why do they pick on her and how do i stop it???

My husband has experienced what appears to be blood in his urine a couple of times in the past month. It was darkish red to rust colored. He is diabetic and has a heart condition. He is in his mid-40s. He has had kidney stones before and thought this was probably the same thing except this time there has been only mild discomfort not the excruciating pain he had in the past. He went to the Dr. today but the urine sample contained no blood. They did find a large kidney stone but did not seem to think it was the cause of the dark red blood in his urine due to its position in the kidney (detected by x-ray) and the lack of significant pain. They are scheduling a cat scan and a bladder examination soon. I am just curious what else could be causing the bloody discharge if it is not the kidney stone?

I don't understand why she was even nominated. Hudson won best supporting actress ...I wonder if Beyonce was jealous like, "I've been acting all this time and a no-name swoops in and steal what should have been mine!" I like Hudson and I am glad she won (should have won American Idol, too). Beyonce can't even act!

i like this guy. but hes always mean to me, like always calls me names on IM. at school he says "hi" to me all the time. then he tells me i bug him a lot. and i'm annoying. but hes the one who IMS me first, and texts me first thing in the morning. and he just told me that i bug a lot and stuff, so i just exed out of the IM and ignored him then he IMS me and said hes sorry and that he'll try to be nice. why is he soo mean, but always messages me,texts, and IMs me if i bug so much?

Ok...I finally got myself a tarot deck and now it is time to start getting the hang of this thing. The book that comes with it doesn't have very clear instructions and the instructions online are very long. @_@

When you shuffle, how to you shuffle it? Do you have to cut it using your left hand? And when you are doing a reading for another person do you shuffle it for them or do you hand the deck to them?

I have never actually seen a live person do a tarot reading before. Can someone explain to me what they do step by step when they are doing a reading for someone else?

Or can you just do it the way you feel most comfortable with?

What is your favourite guitar solo?
